1. Acceptance of terms
By downloading, installing or using the Glowmetric application ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
2. License grant
Glowmetric SAS grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App on any Apple-branded products that you own or control, as permitted by the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions.
3. Subscriptions & in-app purchases
The App offers two paid options:
- Glowmetric Premium (monthly) — auto-renewable subscription at 5€/month.
- Glowmetric Premium (lifetime) — one-time purchase at 19.99€.
Auto-renewal: Monthly subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period. You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID account settings on your device.
Payment: All payments are processed by Apple's App Store via your Apple ID. Glowmetric does not store or process any payment-card information.
Refunds: Refund requests must be addressed to Apple directly through reportaproblem.apple.com.
4. Medical disclaimer
Glowmetric provides cosmetic skincare analysis and personalized routine recommendations. It is not a medical device and does not provide medical diagnosis or treatment. For any health concern related to your skin, please consult a licensed dermatologist or physician.
5. User content
You retain ownership of all photos, data and content you upload to the App. You grant Glowmetric a limited license to process this content solely to provide the service (skin analysis, routine generation, history tracking).
6. Prohibited use
You agree not to: (a) reverse-engineer or decompile the App; (b) use the App for any illegal purpose; (c) upload photos of other people without their consent; (d) attempt to circumvent payment or subscription mechanisms.
7. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these Terms. You may delete your account at any time from the App settings; your personal data will be erased within 30 days.
8. Disclaimer & limitation of liability
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Glowmetric SAS shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of France. Any dispute shall be brought before the competent courts of Paris, France, except where mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence apply.
